• $100.00 DROS/Dealer Fees ( Includes DOJ $37.19 and Dealer Processing Fee)
• $47.19 Private Party Transfers  
• $1.00 CA Ammunition Transfer ( if you have an existing file with DOJ’s AFS (Automated Firearm sytem)
• $19.00 CA Ammunition Transfer ( if you do not have an existing file with DOJ AFS and need to process a Basic Eligibility Check)
• $25.00 California DOJ Firearm Safety certification

  Buyer must be 21 years or older

Persons convicted of felonies or certain misdemeanors, persons addicted to narcotics, persons adjudicated to be mentally defective, persons who are under the restrictions of a temporary restraining order (domestic violence) are a ineligible  to purchase or transfer firearms.

You may only purchase/DROS 1 firearm per 30 days. However, PPT( private party transfers are exempt) 

Must Contact us for Verification before you have shipped to us, Buyer is 100% responsible to ensure firearm being DROS is on the California DOJ Roster

If the firearm arrives and is not qualified ( listed on the California Handgun roster) It will be returned at the expense of the buyer.

I cannot emphasize the importance that you are 100% sure the item is on the California Handgun Roster. Sometimes color difference, ammo capacity, generation ( example Only 3rd generation glocks are on the list), and minor detail changes will disqualify. Please make sure with us the exact model number complies..

AGAIN IF IT IS NOT ON THE CA HANDGUN ROSTER, I CANNOT DROS AND IT WILL BE RETURNED TO SELLER AT YOUR EXPENSE

Once confirmed contact us before you ship with the information. Do not have firearm shipped without contact us/ or us agreeing to receive first.

All DROS must be done in person within 30 days of receipt of Firearm or will be considered abandoned and sold for Storage fees

Storage Fees will be charged $10.00 "PER DAY"  past the 30 days from receipt. SO MAKE SURE TO COME IN AND DROS THE GUN YOU HAVE SHIPPED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF CONTACT. 

Documentation needed for DROS ( no exceptions)

1. Valid Real ID California Identification/ Drivers license with Current address.

If your California ID/Drivers license is not a real id and has “federal Limits apply” You will need a passport or Birth certificate

If your address is not your current address matching your “proof of residence” you will need a government document showing your proof of address ( DMV auto registration works)

1. Firearm Safety Certificate ( If you do not have we can provide testing and certification for $25.00)

2. Proof of Residency  Utility bills from within the last 90 days, property deeds, lease or rental agreements, or government issued permits, licenses or registrations are acceptable proofs of residency that meet the CA handgun residency requirements.

All firearm purchases must be accompanied by a gun lock. Please bring your own Gun lock when picking up.
